The Joe Rankings: End of Regular Season

So the regular season is now complete. I would like to apologize for not updating my Rankings the last week or two. I kind of wish I had, because for the first time in a while LSU was knocked to #2 in the Rankings in favor of Missouri. Of course, things are back to normal now with Missouri losing and LSU moving back to the top.

The biggest story could very well be at the bottom of the Rankings. Northern Illinois has had a grapple-hold on the #120 spot for the past nine weeks. They were idle this past week, but somehow something happened in their strength of schedule to boost them past Southern Methodist and almost past Idaho (neither of whom played this past week, either). Go Huskies!

I'll post some pre-bowl and post-Rivalry comments on a future post. I just want to try and get the Rankings out today.
